Download and extract the zip file

Copy the vehicle folder to your server's resources folder

Add an ensure command to server.cfg, replacing my_vehicle with the exact resource folder name.
ensure my_vehicle4
Restart your server. To start the resource without a full restart, run refresh followed by ensure my_vehicle in the server console. Test the vehicle in game using its spawn name.
